What is ZoPàRi?
Zopari stands for stylish and sustainable fashion with responsibility.
As an Austrian label, we combine modern design with a conscious use of resources. Our collections are created with the aim of creating timeless pieces that not only accentuate the wearer but also promote fair conditions for all employees. We prefer to work with sustainable and organically certified fabrics – responsibly selected and processed with consideration for people and the environment.

How Do I Buy ZoPàRi Products Online?
Browse our online shop and find your favorite ZoPàri pieces. Choose color and size directly via the selection menu and add the items to your shopping cart. The prices shown already include the statutory VAT, shipping costs depend on your delivery country and will be calculated at checkout. Your data and payments are fully protected by SSL encryption.
How much Does Personalization Cost?
For personalization, we allow ourselves to charge an additional 10% of the original price.
Where Can I Find Information about Sizes?
Our pieces are characterized by a relaxed, slightly oversized cut – we therefore recommend sticking to your usual size. You can find detailed measurements directly on the size chart page. The sizes are given in centimeters.

ZoPàRi's Shipping Area
We ship from Austria to the European Union.
Delivery Time & Shipping Process
Shipping takes place within three working days after receipt of order. No processing or delivery takes place on weekends and holidays. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping provider – additional transit times should be taken into account. Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to track your delivery.
Return Information
Returns are possible within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The condition is that the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in its original condition including original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) must be included with the return.

Return Period
Items can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the delivery. The delivery date of the order is decisive.
Returning Items
To register a return, please send an email to office@zopari.at with the following information: your full name, your address, the order number, the affected items and the reason for return.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed immediately via the originally chosen payment method.
Please note that the responsibility for the return shipment lies with you until it arrives at our premises. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance.
Refund
After receiving the return, the item will be inspected. We will then inform you about the processing status of your refund. Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed via the originally used payment method. The credit will be visible on your account within a few days according to your payment provider’s processing times.
